How does it work?

The first step is to understand your business intelligence requirements. You will want to track progress on your current goals, so we will learn your current needs by interviewing the stackholders and summarize the findings in a Web Analytics Requirements document. If you do not already have a preferred analytics platform, the requirements document will provide a framework against which platforms can be evaluated, ranked, and selected. The requirements document also informs the design of the web metrics report. We will create a template report which your staff can replicate on a monthly, weekly, or daily basis, depending on your requirements. At the web metrics implementation stage, we will provide your developers with tested tips to smoothly integrate the web metrics into your website. At the same time, we will check that the implementation will meet the needs of the report creation process. Once the web metrics are integrated with your website, your team can start providing the web metrics report. We can guide your team through the first few reports to make sure they are comfortable with the process.
